Most of the difficulty of parenting comes from self-imposed psychological stesss us, “Am I doing this right?!” And status signaling contests with other parents. You know what's worse? The parents who think they're God, and are doing everything right. I see it in court all the time. I don't worry about the ones who question their parenting - it's the ones who don't that are scary.
