I really have to question her ability to render decisions if she is on certain meds. With some pain meds, you can't even sign a consent form.

I don’t mean this to be offensive, but she has no business deciding cases for the highest court in her condition. Radiation knocks you out! There is no chance she is able to review cases to the extent she should be. I bet clerks are doing all the work.

It is unethical for any attorney or judge (except a Justice on the SC, apparently) to continue handling legal matters when their physical condition makes it unlikely they can give complete professional consideration to every facet of that matter. Denigrates the whole profession.

C’mon! I’m sorry but let’s be real. She had pancreatic cancer before and had surgery; considered cured. Now, years later, it’s back then gone in a month? I’m not a dr but there’s no way.
