No real benefits of cutting out caffeine completely . Cutting out sugar is huge though

I quit caffeine back in February and yes it took time but I’ve never looked back since March. Absolutely have no regrets and still wake up early as usual for work

I quit both alcohol (never was a big drinker anyway) and caffeine last October. Caffeine was harder but I don't miss it.

You need very heavy hydration to minimize the effects of caffeine withdrawal. I get brutal full-body aches starting at 30hrs of no caffeine, unless I mega-dose vitamin C and B-complex.

I quit caffeine for a few months and felt so much better for it. I'm back to having the odd coffee every few days or so when my energy is low and I need a boost but drinking only water instead of tea/coffee is much better for your body

I went carnivore over a year ago. When I quit caffeine cold turkey in December at the advice of the dr, didn’t even notice. And everything I drank was caffeine before that.

Never liked coffee. Today is 30 days without diet Mountain Dew or any other carbonated beverage. I drank them daily for 30 years. I don’t miss it. I am however drinking much more iced tea.
