It’s tribalism. Fitness people are goofs. I’ve seen massive online fights break out over whether fasted cardio is better than unfasted cardio. Totally bizarre subculture and they are nastier people on average than political people.https://twitter.com/ZubyMusic/status/1164189027932790786 …

Diets “Die” and always fail long term. Workout fads change daily. But intermittent fasting is easy to implement long term (Lifestlye Change) and has worked for me and others I know. Highly recommend.

Fitness people AND political people with a messiah complex on Twitter (especially
@Cernovich's timeline) made me realize feminists are onto something when they speak out against Mansplaining. Men mansplain to other men, too. It's freaking annoying. - 1 more reply

Fitness people always seem to forget that everyone's body is different and what works for one might not work for others.

<SIGH> Human beings, by nature, just tend toward nastiness, condescension, and divisiveness. Don't, for example, get in the middle of a petty 9mm vs. .45ACP flamefest....

Why not be an omnivore who lifts weights, does calisthenics AND does cardio? That works too.
People are drawn to unnecessary extremes.
