It blows my mind that people think the pill for women is fine, recreational drugs are fine, they’ll take all sorts stimulants, but test is beyond the pale. I have a typical libertarian take but still, let people do with their bodies as they see fit.

9 years apart. The pic on the left I was 174 and a day out from a show (that I won) and on the right I am 217.
Nothing crazy but I never missed a workout, ate healthy foods, supplemented for health and performance and am on HRT to keep my hormones optimized.

The problem with people who aren’t libertarians is they think violence is reasonable to use on peaceful people because they make bad decisions that hurt no one else.

Having seen the consequences of the opioid crisis, I don't think a lot of those bad decisions can be said to hurt no one else.

I'm eating cleaner and working out not for vanity, but to avoid Type 2 diabetes and not be on insulin for the rest of my life. Build enough muscle mass and work out 4 to 5 times a week, there is no problem at all eating crap once in a while.

It has been well over 10 years since doctors can prescribe testosterone and GH. 99% of individuals that look like this guy are on some sort of script. Not hating or shaming, just stating the facts. Dude is a beast though. He definitely puts in the work. Congrats.

"I'd look like that too if I took roids" Yeah right. To this day I think steroids are illegal because people like Joe Biden are jelly of what people can do with them and also because testosterone in men increases the chances of voting for smaller governments.

A very underestimated supplement for testosterone is Boron. Doesn't hurt that it's dirt cheap.
