I grew in St. Louis and spent time in and around areas like this. People forget that normal working people live in these rough areas. Listen to these folks. They just want to be able to walk home without fearing for their lives.

If Maryland liberalized their highly restrictive concealed carry laws, Baltimore residents would be able to defend themselves against the bad guys legally. As it now stands, they have to ask The Man's permission to carry.
