Interesting: So Israel has about 17% Muslim pop. U.S has only about 1% Muslim pop so you'd expect more. However, U.S. Congress has a total of 535 Seats vs 120 in Knesset. Congress has 3 Muslims I believe, Israel currently has 7 or 8.

They’re irrelevant there though. Israel’s government operates based on coalitions, like most parliamentary governments. And it’s implicitly understood that a governing coalition is not to be determined by inclusion of the Arab parties.

There will never be a “squad” of plucky, Muslim spitfires who serve as the vanguard of an Israeli majority government telling Israelis that Israel “belongs to everyone.” Israel is a serious country that intends to survive.
