A few blocks from this at Temple Hospital, my husband and I were taking our kid for minor procedure. We stopped at a light and right in front of our car a drug deal happened. Broad daylight. And this was over 10 yrs ago. It's worse now.

The answer is very clear. Massive incarceration. Sweep these areas and lock up law breakers. Prisons are big construction $, so it means jobs. They could be privatized so there is revenue. And the neighborhoods would be safe. I’m right. You know I’m right.
