I could never feel sleepy inside of a prison, but I've woken up some overnight guards while working overtime -- including kicking over the trashcan someone sat on to pass out. Falling asleep there is a great way to end up with someone dead -- either yourself or an offender.

As @ScottAdamsSays predicted, incompetence triumphs again.

Seems fishy, was there some reason they were tired and were allowed to serve as Jefferie's baby sitters. Don't you put your best guys on him? Especially after he said people were going to kill him & he was on suicide watch? I am flummoxed.
