I see a lot of people questioning @pulte's motivations.
He was working on blight projects for YEARS, in total obscurity. He did a podcast with @ScottAdamsSays on this years ago.
His important work was ignored, "blight is boring."
Now he has found a way to amplify it.

I agree.. I was following him whe he had like 50 followers and two to three likes per post. His passion for revitalizing inner city is real.
Yup! I followed him years ago and think what he’s been doing all along is great.
Pulte’s efforts to turn around the most troubled areas our troubled cities raises questions about his motivations (he must be evil) But the Democratic Party who has had close to sole political responsibility for these cities for many decades does not have its motives questioned

I found @pulte from Forbes 30 under 30 and was hooked by his blight clean up. Now he is doing great mass involvement charity through Twitter. Charity is contagious!
Look at Pulti’s beautiful smile! He is alight with the joy of bringing people together to help others. His methods are a result of thinking out-of-the-box and that scares people.
I don't care what his motives are or what some are saying. His motives are between him and God. He is spreading his joy and his wealth and having people come on board to be able to participate in that blessing. The blessing of giving. And hopefully, a well spring will burst.
He seems like a nice man who wants to give generously to those in need. He's not asking for anything in return but to pass it on. He's blessed a lot of people. 
@pulte is doing what most don't have the ability to do. He's an amazing individual.

I sort of liked the quiet approach when he was deblighting. I questioned his motives when he went full Jesus and he blocked me! Now I couldn't give two shits about him or his motives!
