I agree 100% that companies and their management should be held accountable in this -- they should be fined out of existence and the people should be jailed. However, that's not mutually exclusive with arresting and deporting illegal aliens.

Yes not a only that you can get them to saturate themselves in chemicals like someone working next door here & the worker will just do the job because they don't know. It's bad for everyone as it skews the market might as well dump labor laws if that's the case.

A similar situation holds for jobs for H1B visa holders where the immigrants will happily work into the night sacrificing sleep and health and out-competing citizens who aren't potentially facing going back. Not only does it drive down wages it also drives down quality of life.

I get your point, but I still object to business owners/employers being forcefully “deputized” to do the law-enforcement job that government neglects or refuses to do.
