Speaking of working out, I have to admit, Cernovich, that you and @davereaboi have inspired (that's pronounced "shamed") me to get back into good shape and good health. No fancy gym membership. Just a good old CPR program (calisthenics plus running) and clean food.

I pay 220$ and that’s with a corporate discount. Idk who you talked to Michael, but it’s $265 without a corporate discount. Don’t forget the initiation fee. However they do give you $250 for each person you refer... every once in a while, which is awesome. The gym is impressive.

You can get a good bike at Walmart for $207. How'd they get so rich by being so frivolous?

I joined equinox last week and can’t wait to go lift today. It’s well worth the money, having paid $30 per month at my prior gym.

Meanwhile at a $10 a month gym... He has muscles, ban him!

Just 25 bucks for me a month. I get to choose some gyms here in town including one with a nice indoor pool. Swim to my heart's content.

I live in nyc. Moved here with a 19.99 a month planet fitness membership, worked out but lost motivation. Signed up for equinox. Have never been more engaged with a gym routine. The app is everything, helps schedule classes and hold you accountable, penalizing missed classes.

I live in nyc and financially should probably not be spending $220 a month. But I haven’t been to the doctors since I joined equinox. I’ve lost 6 pounds and 5% body fat, started doing cardio - cycle beats classes are the coolest gym class I’ve ever taken. I used to hate cardio.

Equinox has improved my life so much. As my cycling instructor always says “I want you to think of your 80 year old self, you are doing this for them!” Or “do this for the person who’s always waiting for you, rooting for you, at your finish lines, do this for them!” I love that!
