That's a very tough one. The NEA and UC System are Top 5 DNC contributors. The whole system is not about education excellence. I went to UCLA. My Senior Dissertation class apex was putting Christians in Concentration camps, with a them or us appeal. Kenneth Lincoln ran it.

Parents who value education and hard work.

Non activist teachers. In the last 10+ years, teachers are part of the problem, but just keep getting raises and lauded to the level of first responders.

May I add a good family. A mom & dad the kicks your butt and makes you work.

Run for office!

Good public schools that teach kids how to think and not what to think. Good parents that will do the same. Every time my own kids began to parrot their dads opinions I would give them counter arguments on why I may be wrong. I wanted them to THINK for themselves.

Is it even possible to have good public schools?? At the end of the day public schools are government schools which means they will always parrot the government.
