Ironically this occurred on the same day as our American child victim was moved to another hospital for rehabilitation after being thrown over a balcony railing in a mall. Horrific act!

The victim is 6 & French. He's in hospital, sustained bad injuries but not life threatening, he fell 100 ft. 17 yr old charged with attempted murder. Eye witness statements(so not official)-white ? , beard, restrained by other visitors. They can't release name-he's under 18. Evil
