Is there a definitive definition of what a mass shooting is? Like how many killed, who does the killing, how they do the killing, where they do the killing, etc.? I have yet to see an official go-to standard and am curious if there is one.

This weekend seven were shot in one incident in Chicago. That is a mass shooting (4 or more, by gov. definition). I don't suspect we'll hear much about it.
