@Gillette). When I was a little kid, I saw the difference from farm kids who bucked hey and little wimps like me who only played basketball. Farm kids were brute strong. Strength is earned!

Yes. He ran with a log on his shoulders. Look up how damaging running is to the spine (among other areas of the body) and then multiply that negative impact by a freaking log. Strength training is not weight lifting.

Yes he can lift 220@11.Doesnt mean he can deadlift a 1000@20 and 1800@24.Around 17 he might peak.Better to take it slow and easy.

my older brother shrunk 2-3 inches from weight lifting to much when he was still growing. me and my little brother both grew to 6.3 and 6.4 not weight lifting, while he went from 6.1 to 5.10 so be careful.
