No, further regulation usually seems to just skew things in favor of criminals or terrorists and make law abiding citizens into softer targets. Defensive gun uses vastly outnumber heavily publicized mass shootings.

In my peer group, I have one friend who's life was saved by his CCW. Several others nearly had to use their weapons. Tighter regulation as it happened in the U.S. typically translates to normal people like them not having a CCW instead of disarming criminals.

We should enact laws that saw you can’t kill someone. But on a serious note we need to teach people to power of the firearm. Armed security and end gun free zones.

Guns don't shoot themselves. There are already enough gun laws. Perhaps we need to enforce the laws we already have. More laws are not going to stop anyone from buying a gun illegaly!

I agree...but I respect and understand why someone in such a mental state knows which tool to go for because it will cause the most amount of damage in the smallest amount of time.

So.... Seems there is more of an urgency to address our perpetually outrage and nihilism. It's something we can all address, quicker than new laws, and it would be more effective.
