  I would agree to a point. However Chicago constantly racks up about 20 murders over 2-3 weeks. 8 last weekend alone. And usually triple that in wounded. Many other medium to major cities have proportionate numbers. Completely ignored by Democrat leaders who run the cities.

  There's a lot going on, but since the alleged manifesto references another mass shooter, I think the copycat effect is the central cause. I also noticed he was trolling animal rights organizations 2 years ago, claiming animals have no feelings, which is revealing of his mentality
