I've made this point myself. There was a time when you could buy a gun from an ad on the back of a magazine. They're less accessible than they were in the past. Has to be another explanation than "there's too many guns".
-
I mean...you could just order them on your phone now. Is that not easier
-
Which is no different than a store purchase as it needs too be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer and they will do a background check. Back in the day that was not so.

Get rid of guns and see what happens. Just. See. What. Happens.
-
It’ll either be another shooting. Or stabbing. Acid. Vehicle crash. Bombing. People who want to do these mass killings will find a way.
-
There's 100 million illegal guns floating around now. And the same people who bring in heroin, cocaine and all the rest of that shit will be hauling in guns, too. Bigger, badder weapons. And who will have access to those? Not law abiding citizens.

I'll wait on more info on the shooter, but the removal and demonization of good faith (God or whatever you call it) from the public leaves the door wide open for Death, destruction and darkness. Man will always seek to fill our god-shaped-hole with what is the question

Guns don’t help
-
My guns have never injured or killed a single soul and, God willing, they never will. But they do give me peace of mind at knowing I can protect myself and my family in the event that evil presents itself. Something to think about.
-
I believe guns give many peace of mind - be it protecting themselves, their families, their country from invasions...

The media is directly culpable. Their product is constant perturbation and anxiety. Whatever can be mongered will be mongered.

It's called sin. I'm just actually amazed at God's mercy that killing like this whether from gun, knives, cars, axes, etc. aren't happening every minute of every day. The human heart is evil and we should call it what it is. Mental illness not responsible in most situations.
