That’s easy. If the motive was ideological, it was terrorism. If the motive was not ideological, it wasn’t terrorism, but mass murder. If we learn the motive, we’ll know what it was.
Which is why the Left is gleeful. They've been waiting to label anyone right of Stalin a terrorist and now they'll weaponize this to do so. See you all in the gulag.
