I always wonder how somepublic servants, ostensibly making "less than the private sector fat cats"...seem to become so phenomenally wealthy while making what seem like upper middle class salaries...and why they never seem to pay taxes at the high rate?

For instance a Senate salary is $174,000 right, and with taxes that would be like $133,000...so how do they become millionaires? Warren has a net worth of millions for ex. Private sector people with same salary rarely obtain million dollar net worth so easily...politics pays...
