Good question. The Florida US attys had enough for a §2423 prosecution. (2423 evolved from Mann Act) If anything, when looking at the new indictment, the SDNY has undercharged Epstein - notwithstanding potential superseding indictment. (see '07 plea vs '19 indictment)pic.twitter.com/cWdpYk291w
If only SDNY had the same vigor for prosecuting pedophiles as they do for prosecuting Donald J Trump.
Keep in mind this is only "His" plane travel. The breadth of this is much larger when you consider his accomplices.

Because the Mann Act was enacted in response to concerns that immigrants were forcing white women into slavery (it was proposed with the name “White Slave Traffic Act”) and SDNY is too woke to use the Mann Act given its history
