Yes. Detroit is making a long slow comeback... it’s housing market is going up. It had to hit absolute rock bottom before it happened though. I imagine Baltimore is probably there... after some of the vids that have been coming out lately.

Yes, if people are willing to change their hearts and minds about the role of government and the family.

Not unless the people who live there do it themselves.

Not if they keep voting the way they have for the last 50 years.
-
Right... voting is the problem
-
The voters choices are a big problem. Same vote less results.

Yes, I left Detroit 17 years ago and just moved back and the changes are astounding, if Detroit can make a comeback so can Baltimore; it's slow going but it's working.
-
Downtown Detroit is nice. Drive out a mile in any direction. Not so nice.

Sure why not? In fact 45 thought 44 should save it. Perhaps 45 can. Let's see!pic.twitter.com/92P9zg1w4d

Bot exactly a resounding endorsement there. More like a lecture and telling him to get off his ... and get it done.

I'm implying 45 should get off his ass and get it done. It's easy to call 44 out, difficult to actually get it done. Possible for sure. Also believe it's highly improbable 45 fixes it. Local gov problem not fed. Engagement with this tweet has been interesting Divided We Fall!

Any city can be saved with the right mindset. Changing a city is like lifting a rock...The more great people come forward to help one another, the easier that load will be. I believe in you, Baltimore!

Excellent analogy, Jeff.

Yes. But only with new political leadership. They need to start from scratch. Everyone here is on the "take". Pelosi made sure of that.

I travel & stay in Baltimore weekly. There are nice areas like Inner Harbor, Federal Hill or Fell's point. Yes, there are rough areas suffering from more than the typical urban problems, but the city I see each week is little different than East Coast other cities.
-
The crime rate at inner harbor is steadily increasing
