Vaccine Court doles out hush money to muzzle victims of tainted vaccines.

And they get the cash by those who get va((ines.... a lovely little portion of $$ for each one gets funneled to the “court” system for all those payouts to families. I think it’s up to 4.8 BILLION dollars now.... But safe and effective....

It is true. Federal Vaccine Court is not a court system. It is an administrative no-fault program. The Special Master who runs the court is under no obligation to allow the same discovery process that is mandatory in most court systmes.

It’s not really a court. It’s a government program. It has no discovery, no judge and no jury. Add no legal precedent and it’s a tragedy. It’s not even serving children much anymore. Those cases are not be accepted. The majority are adults for the flu vaccine.

It's true but the good thing is that vaccines are 100% safe and 100% effective. That's what my ex-pediatrician told me right to my face. I had her repeat it, and then immediately fired her. She also didn't know what VAERS is. She also couldn't name a single vax ingredient.

A special master is a 3rd party appointed by the court to review confidential health records. The SM determines what, if anything is pertinent to the case. This keeps patient records private. Would you want all of your records handed over and combed thru by govt law officials?

What I “want” is a hearing in court, with a judge, a jury, the power or subpoena, discovery, deposition, and Rule of Law. I WANT the RIGHTS accorded to me u see the 7th Amendment!!!

I can point you to a video of a lawyer who did discovery a while back, I think before some law changes. What he found in terms of corruption and knowingly unsafe practices is insane. Knowingly releasing contaminated vaccines due to cost savings. Exception rather than rule.
