I’m 45 and I like both. Rush on workout days, Smooth on recovery days. For those curious, Mike is right: Rush is intense. I tried 3 the first time and it was too much. Backed off to 1; currently using 2 first thing in the morning and 1 more around 10 am. For me that’s perfect.

Hmm. I would never have termed Rush as intense. Body chemistry? For me, 5 hour energy was intense. Rush says take 3-6 in the morning right on the bottle. I thought I was slow rolling at 3, and it feels about right. It works for me. Hits my brain, not my body.

I’m sure body chemistry plays a role. Nootropics don’t affect all people in the same way. But I agree with you on that last part: it’s a brain boost!
