The minimum wage should be the living wage, which is however much money is needed for a person to meet their basic needs. One good way to determine the living wage is the family wage - however much a person needs to support both themselves and their family w/one parent working

This coming from the guy who doesn't work and lives off a divorce settlement. There is a cost minimum cost of living. Anyone who isn't freeloading knows this.

UBI is a more reasonable policy than a $20 minimum wage.

If its done correctly it could work too. I think everone notices the homeless problem popping up in many cities all over the US
