  and surprisingly enough, when response time increases a bit, stops decrease, community policing slows down: the bad guys DON'T take a break. violent crime DOESN'T decrease. I hate police abuse, but most of them do try to do a good job.

  That being said and agreed as usual we are not getting the whole video or story. Hottest day of the year bet there was some water going around to everyone....before filming started, just a thought. The officers while disrespected seem calm. More will be revealed always.
