Mike I think a binding precedent requires more than winning a civil suit in the trial court, doesn't it? Since absolutely everything has to go to the Supreme Court for a final, final, final ruling, aren't we a ways from an actual legal precedent on this issue?

Haven't looked at the complaint but it might be diff w/ him. The allegation may be that he knew that his words previously incited violence toward these families (to the point they had to move, I believe) so it might be argued that he knew what the result would be this time around
