Alex Jones is not being sued for doxing people. He’s being sued for what his audience did, which he never directly incited.
If Jones loses, by the way, opens up big lawsuits against left wing media.

“Reporters” who don’t understand the legal system think Alex Jones is a one-off. But that’s not how the law works. If case law establishes that you are liable for what your AUDIENCE does (even when you don’t ask them to do anything), then it’s lawsuit city for every outlet.
A lot of "investigative reporters" are simply activists operating under the principle that If they don't like it, that's just as good as it being illegal. Narrative supersedes legality, and reality, every time.

I believe Jones repeated his comments about the Sandy Hook families so he revived the offense and, therefore, the statute of limitations has not expired.

I love how all these people are just like “screw Alex Jones” and ignore the legal precedents being set by this case, Thanks for pointing them out @Cernovich I was actually working on a thread about it to bring me out of my thread hiatus lol.
Well, I understand, but I’m a lawyer, and I am and have been appalled with the lack of investigative reporting except about Trump. Our country and the inequities within its systems deserve far more and intensive curiosity. It seems curiosity is dead. Or prohibited.
