He asked for 3 pages only that he wanted to cherry pick. I sought the entire summary judgment record. Miami Herald wanted entire record, which wasn’t going to happen. CTA2 sided with me and granted the unsealing of 2,000 pages.

But Maxwell’s motion summary judgement alone would be extremely one sided against Giuffre. Why not at least also seek to unseal the response as well? Giuffre’s counsel claimed Dershowitz was using your motion to get records he wanted when you first intervened.

No, it's full record. Not just Maxwell motion. This is all in the CTA2 opinion. Miami Herald wanted FULL record and was denied. That was too much of an ask.
