There's more to this story too. This guy has a disturbing fascination/fixation on children, and is a little bit racist. Seems to have targeted immigrants with home based businesses in his law suits. Also presented as a male while trying to make the appointments for waxing.

Especially when in ON (I live here) estheticians are strictly licensed, including the training that precludes it - and that training & license is only on FEMALE genitalia. You can have your license revoked & not be insured if you go outside the scope of your training -- ie,waxing
