Dershowitz was Epstein’s attorney. There is a solid chance he had copies of most of what you sought to unseal, but he would be ethically precluded from using them. He needed those three docs unsealed to use them in a defamation suit against Guifre/Roberts. Not judging if he lied.
Dershowitz only wanted 3 documents. He's LYING about trying to unseal for journalistic purposes. Cerno Media sought unseal the summary judgment record. Miami Herald sought entire file.
