I used to shower before basketball games as well. I love to feel my best before I begin a workout.

Always shower before the gym. Nothing is more disgusting than someone who sticks or is dirty using the equipment, then not wiping it down afterward. It's like "thanks for the MRSA or ringworm."

I also wash may hands before going to the bathroom (and afterwards).

The actual answer is sometimes... if I go in the morning - yes - after work - no (I go usually after work, so I answered no)
