neither for me "I am an instrument of God" & everything in this time-space is an illusion. Ramtha material teaches this and Hindu's. I have studied a little of both. 
A body is the vehicle. We are more than a body itself, but limited without one it seems.
Smoke some DMT and understand reality is truly an illusion. Watch the veil be lifted, see the other side. Much more real than what we currently perceive as, "Real". Must break thru tho.
