Many people, myself included, were expect much more to today’s Epstein indictment. Although SDNY must focus on the strongest case it can make, there were well-documented trips to Epstein’s island, and there’s nothing to indicate that case aspect was investigated.

Also, there is one of the girls making accusations that may not be solid. She is the one that brings in Prince Andrew and Dershowitz, the latter making a strong case that she is lying. So the connections outside Epstein’s orbit may be tenuous.

Is Dershowitz’s strong case that he vehemently denies it happened? She’s got photos of her with Prince Andrew when she was a 17-yo runaway. Are we supposing she was just there for diplomatic purposes?

No, it’s that she has had to change her story multiple times wrt to dershowitz. It’s enough to call it all in question.

I don’t know enough about the lawsuits to have an opinion there. But the plea deal stinks to high hell and Dershowitz wrote it. Further I have no confidence in this arrest given that James Comey’s daughter is at the helm. This country’s law enforcement is a bad joke.
