Did this for lent a few years ago. Wasn't a big deal for me, either way. First day or two was a few headaches; that's it. Breaking from refined sugar is FAR more difficult.

Im half way through the article you rivaled me on caffeine consumption. I may do a fast, the red bull cans are becoming expensive and in addition I am drinking 2-3 2 literbottles of diet mountain dew a day.
