If buying used cars is the single best thing you can do for the environment, wouldn’t buying used houses (as opposed to building new ones) be second best?

Sears sold home kits up to 1940.
-
My husband’s Aunt still lives in a Sears kit home. It’s beautiful!
-
I owned a Cabin a few years ago that was a Sears kit. An idea not really different from any tract home built today.

I was looking at buying that and a plot of land, but you still gotta wire, plumb and insulate it.

The call is also for hyper-urbanization, leaving rural areas largely unoccupied (except I would guess, by the elite and their servants - human and robotic).

I love tiny homes. I have lived in an RV for 5 years, and although we love it, I want one of these.

When combined taxes are over 50% and climbing, and healthcare is shooting the moon, tent cities will be the dwellings if the future. The only way to curb it it to convince people to quit exchanging votes for “free” government services.

My OFFICE is 240 square feet. The concept is great, but it won't work in the marketplace until 1) Elec/HVAC is incorporated, 2) It's snap-together using 3) Printed panels that are 4) R30 or better.

I want to set up a tiny house hotel on my property, I’ve looked into it & CA has the most lenient regulations on tiny houses, actually one of the friendliest states toward tiny houses. Remember the UN agenda 21 is about getting you out of your big house into condos&tinyhouses

Yeah, thats great but you would obviously need a lot to put it on. And the places where there are open spaces and affordable land don't have housing problems. Unless we start seeing these along the edges of the 405 fwy

That is sooo cute!! I have a daughter that’s 26 and disabled. This would be perfect for her to still live at home but have her own space. Checking into this!
