It looks like the cop noticed the suspect trying to shift the car into Drive. These Cadillac Escalades have the gear shift lever attached to the steering column. It looks like the suspect was toying with the lever and the cop realized he was at risk of fleeing.

That's messed up. TN's feed is normally a dumpster fire, and there's nothing in the vid that says it's racially motivated, but that cop was out of line, and I'm just glad no one was killed that day.

The war on drugs needs to end! If Trump legalized marijuana, it would be one of the greatest moves forward for black men (the ones most negatively effected by it).
