So co’s outsource design jobs to $9/hr ppl in India or other, get the work back and find it is lacking so they have to spend more $$ to fix it or just let it go as is. At the end of the day they spent more $$ than if they kept it in-house.

If this had happened because some lowly worker didn’t use the right screw or forgot to reset something, the lowly worker would be charged with manslaughter.
