She’s not a descendant of slaves, as Ali is.
The counter to Ali is that people from Jamaica are still treated as black, and that’s a good point.
The attacks on Ali, including dead naming him, from white liberals, are racist af.

Jamaica is 90% black Africanz with White and Indian minorities. Imagine American society reversed. Lots of interacial mixing as well. Racism doesn't exist. Skin tone discrimination is more a problem. I've spent alot of time there. My wife is Jamaican.

Slavery existed in Jamaica. The labor of the slaves as well as poor white subjects of the British Crown compensated the slaveowners for their financial losses after emancipation. As money was involved, this was well documented.

To be fair though, jamaicans (most) are descendants of slaves they just werent under the american slave system.
