Yeah, still going strong. Almost to 60 days!
-
Woo hoo good for you! Way to go!
-
Thanks! I do miss Coca-Cola though!
-
You’re welcome. I used to be addicted to Diet Coke. Been off of it for years now and don’t miss it at all (thank God). Coca-Cola, itself, is not one I ever got hooked on (also, thank God).

Yes and no I won’t
one cup of iced coffee in the morning, likely a placebo and routine starter. But I’ll admire everyone else who does! -
What is easier to go without: coffee or smart phone for 1 week?
-
The first day is hard without phone, but after that, it’s wonderful and rewarding. I go camping off the grid for 5-7 days once a year in the middle of nowhere. I think I would miss not having my routine morning coffee tremendously off the grid though. My weakness.
-
Great question btw - your turn :)
-
If it wasn’t for needing my phone for work, I would give it up easily for a week. My morning double espresso, however, is a singular pleasure I would prefer not doing without.

The craving for caffeine is strong but it’s ostensibly so good for our health that we’ll all live to a 110...https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/top-13-evidence-based-health-benefits-of-coffee …

I have done this. I quit drinking coffee and all things caffeinated for 6 months. I did it to prove a point. It is not worth it. Coffee is glorious. It is a little like a super power. I will not willingly give it up again. Give up sugar and alcohol instead.
