  Totally agree Mike but I’ll say the term is abused. I was giving constructive criticism to a staff member (I’ve been writing for 7 years), she couldn’t take it so she called me sexist and that I was mansplaining. It was crazy. BUT I observe a lot of guys do it, esp to other men.
