Or just make it dischargeable in bankruptcy, like any other kind of debt.

Some form of Jubilee must be enacted before this whole credit based economic thing implodes.

And when they've spent all their UBI they'll be back at the well begging for some more money. If they are irresponsible spenders before UBI, they will be after. Unless their is pain, no lessons are learned.

Do folks who responsibly paid off their student loans get some reimbursement? “College Loan Reparations” It’s a slippery slope no one wants to discuss.

Rents and the cost of housing would skyrocket over night and absorb every drop of UBI. Every single person in the country would suddenly qualify to rent a space even if they did not have a job? And where did 1,000 come from? Why not $50 or $200? Because its FAKE!

When people are bad with money, they get into debt. Giving them more money will only allow them to get deeper in debt. It will be a disaster. Most people spend what they make, you cannot change the human condition. We certainly should not subsidize it.

Neither of them are fair to the tax payers. Yangs bullshit plan is just an entitlement on crack. We’d literally be spending 3/4th of GDP to pay people who don’t need it 1000 dollars. It’s a pipe dream

It's still a bad use of our tax dollars. Especially with us being billions in debt and all.
