If there was truth to this rumor it is hard to see why right leaning media like Fox would not run with it. They don't because there isn't sufficient evidence and it would put them at risk for libel.

Fair point. From my vantage point on twitter there’s been a lot of extra smoke with this story than others (including strong implications from
@Cernovich in tweets like this) so it’s seemed possibly credible to me -
Its all conjecture and essentially no evidence but instgram posts of him calling her children his 'nieces' which doesn't lead to a conclusion considering how loosely terms like 'uncle' or 'nephew' can be used for family friends.
