One skepticism I had is that even “trad life” largely requires leaving forward and looking down all day (I grew up among farmers, Amish, and still grow/can my own vegetables.) It’s all brutal on the neck. Many Amish are in poor health and look 70 at 40

I was born with two crowns, which are thickened bone, literally where you'd place horns. It's very obvious when I shave my head. Interesting conversation starter.

@cernovich I read books, you read them, I see others read books on the subway and the neck bends the same way. I don't remember anyone warning us about 'Book Neck'. Just a thought.

Reminds me of when a high school teacher told us of the fringe conspiracy, that the number of the beast would be worn by humans unwittingly. He meant internet, as www = 666 (in Hebrew?). I guess he was a little bit more right, than wrong. In a way.

so exactly how many kids is this happening to? It may just be something that's always happened and no one bothered to investigate it.
