I've said this years ago, well before anyone as I worked there: Silicon Valley and the Obama Admin wanted
#NetNeutrality
, all of the censorship, "hate speech" and anti-free speech policies were created under the guise of this law. The techs spent $ on it and refuse to not use it. -
They still push these policies as if
#NetNeutrality
were a law. On the Obama Admin side, the purposes was to bypass the First Amendment using international policies on speech, and applying this on the internet, i.e. the monopolies that virtually own the internet.

If they are a private company, they should be subject to all risks of such. If a public forum, then they can be subject to the constitution and be provided some protections. One or the other.

This is awesome. Who gets to decide if the algorithm is "politically neutral?" The Democratic controlled House? The Republican controlled Senate? This is just another layer of bureaucracy.
