Also I don’t hate Shapiro, in fact I was first to defend him when Buzzfeed ran that article about him. But we all know what Ben has done behind my back. Now one of his little pets got into trouble. Some might call it karma.

Yeah and that was good work. Let me rephrase instead of writing Shapiro hatred: I think you should view Kyle’s case outside of whatever RTs of Ben’s you don’t like. I think it’s unfair to dismiss him entirely as one of “Shapiro’s pets.”

It’s a bit of a proxy issue, sure, but you’re aware of the gossip and back stabbing, often directed at me even though I don’t even try being “in the club,” so when a member of that clique gets got, I’m not concerned. People have chosen to wage war on me, and that’s their choice.

Not all retweets are endorsements. Plus he spent several days defending them on his podcast once the truth came out. But even if he did screw up in the immediate aftermath, I don't see why you need to endlessly pursue him over it. There are larger fish to fry here.
