        There's definitely more to this story than just a baby shoplifting a doll by mistake. But the video does clearly indicate the officers using excessive force. Phoenix PD has problems that need fixing.

        Well, it seems the family is not as clean as some people wanted them to be. (shoplifting more than a doll, tried to flew the scene, disrespected police orders to stop, driving without license, etc) It also seems that the police didnt handled that situation very well.

        Phoenix PD. Want to know why? Because a simple shoplifting beef doesn't explain multiple squads being on scene and the overall level and tenor of the response. Want to know what does? Fleeing from the cops, getting stopped, and fleeing again. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

        The media won’t outrage over 527 black ppl shot to death in non cop related shootings in Chicago in 2017 compared to 12 deaths involving cops. We should suspend all outrage until we expose Dem run cities like Chicago.
