I’m usually a pretty highly caffeinated person. I’ve done the caffeine detox several times. Drink a shit ton of water... almost like you’re water loading to cut weight, and workout a lot (sweat). That’s how I always got through it. NBD

Taking too much of anything is going to give you problems. I drink a cup of coffee almost every day, sometimes I don't. I have no desire to have more caffeine. I don't crave it and I don't notice it if I skip it. Sugar is way closer to cocaine than caffeine.

As someone who did due diligence before selling coffee, caffeine withdrawal is merely your body catching up on sleep. The deeper your sleep the faster the recovery. Personal experience recovering from 16 cups a day.

Had a misspent youth and broke many addictions, caffeine was by far the hardest. It's so normal and acceptable you don't even notice how bad it is.

That's why I drink green tea. Lower caffeine. Then I dump some maca powder in it to get more of a boost out of it

I take a week off every 2 months so I don’t develop a crazy tolerance. Caffeine is the best.
