I personally have witnessed people successfully withdraw from opioid meds using kratom, as well as an aid for pain & anxiety.

Foolish politicians looking for a pat on the back for being proactive on the opioid crisis will eventually ban it. Classic DC bullsh*t

I support Kratom but ppl MUST get informed and prepared for addiction if they begin using it. It is very similar to any other opiates and quite strong.

It is here in Nevada.
-
Nevada did it big. Not just codified it but codified protection for it.
-
Im not even sure what it is for. I just know you can get it practically everywhere. Gas stations, grocery stores, smoke shops, dispensaries it is everywhere.

Ah. It is a plant that had opioid alkaloids. The effects dependent on body, quantity, and strain can range from mildly euphoric, energizing, or like a depressant in large doses. And it's great pain relief. Mildly addictive. Great little plant thag big pharma.
-
That big pharma hates* - they have patents on synthetic analogs. If you want to try it, I suggest doing research before you buy. Since it's not regulated by the FDA people will make kratom pills that are low quality, cut with something else, or are in fact not kratom at all.
